SJS Hiking Club
Hi everyone,
Hike #2, to the Big Santa Anita Canyon, was really great. It was about 6 miles, harder than the last one, and included an awesome waterfall. 26 of us from Maya Angelou went, including Edwin’s parents.
The kids kicked butt. Big thanks to Lieberman, D’Lugo, Garcia-Lara, and my friend Danielle for driving.
Big thanks to Colindres for making PBJs and driving them over to us in the morning.
PLEASE CONSIDER SHOWING THESE TO YOUR MENTORING CLASS AND TELLING THEM THAT OUR LAST HIKING CLUB OF THE YEAR WILL MEET ON FRIDAY at lunch on the picnic tables at the FPA quad.
